1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MSK Online Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MSK Online Services provides professional consultancy and assistance for EPFO-related tasks, including but not limited to PF withdrawals, transfers, UAN activation, and KYC corrections. We act as a liaison between the user and the EPFO portal to facilitate smooth filing.

IMPORTANT: We are a private entity. We are NOT EPFO officers. We cannot "approve" claims; only EPFO can approve or reject a claim based on your eligibility and documents.

3. Professional Fees

We charge a fixed professional fee for our time, expertise, and documentation assistance. This fee is non-negotiable and is charged for the process of filing, regardless of the final outcome determined by the EPFO.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details). MSK Online Services is not responsible for any claim rejection due to incorrect information provided by the user or discrepancies in EPFO records.

5. Limitation of Liability

MSK Online Services shall not be liable for any delays caused by the EPFO portal, technical errors in the government system, or any financial loss resulting from claim rejection by the EPFO. Our service is limited to filing and consultancy.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hubli, Karnataka.
